No refunds on Electrical parts.
Other refunds given upon return of product in sellable condition at customers request for value of product with a 10% restocking fee.

Delivery method:
Auto Fill Deliveries are made on degree day usage increments depending upon customer usage.

Pricing:
Pre-Buy pricing is available in Aug. and Sept.

Budget Billing is also available in May.

Shipping Policy:
Orders to be shipped will be sent with FEDEX or UPS.
